Positioned on the island of Cotonduba, this ridiculous water structure will serve as a welcome sign by sea and air to travelers entering the city. Taking from the suns solar energy by day, the structure powers itself through power panels that fuel the waterfall. Equipped with a viewing station at the top and a bungee jumping platform, it looks like the Solar Tower’s going to be a must see destination for the 2016 Olympics. It’ll be fun. Plan accordingly.
